• To upscale seed production, processing, dissemination and sales and distribution
  systems of the company.
• To produce, process and avail high quality seeds of improved varieties to farmers in
  the country and beyond.
• To increase the number of hybrid varieties that will cater for drought prone areas.
• To produce seeds in a most cost effective way so that we can avail them to small
  scale farmers at an affordable price
